This policy covers newfactory.net and the internal advertising tools described below. Each of our products has its own privacy policy on its own site, and that policy governs data you give the product.
Who we are
New Factory ("we", "us") is an independent company based in Virginia, USA. You can reach us at hello@newfactory.net.
This website
This site has no cookies, analytics, ad pixels, tracking scripts or forms.
Our host, Cloudflare, processes the technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. Cloudflare handles that data under its own privacy policy.
If you email us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. We delete correspondence when we no longer need it.
Google user data and our advertising tools
We built internal tools that connect to the Google Ads API, and to similar APIs from other ad platforms, to manage advertising accounts that we own. The only Google user data these tools access is the data in those accounts: campaigns, ads, keywords, budgets, and performance reports such as impressions, clicks, costs and conversions.
We use this data only to plan, run and measure our own advertising. We don't sell it or use it to build advertising profiles. We share it only with service providers that process it for us to run these tools, such as cloud hosting and AI model providers, or when the law requires.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What we don't do
We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@newfactory.net. We respond within 30 days.
Security
We limit access to the people and systems that need it and use the security controls of the services we run on. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
